Face Masks Making a Difference for Frontline Workers During Covid-19
These aren't just masks.
These are masks that made a difference.
In March, we began making masks for friends and family, and also started giving masks to medical friends who are at the frontline.
On April 21st, we decided we wanted to make a bigger difference. To do more.
So we announced to our community that we would be donating proceeds of $25 mask sales to #BStrong Foundation founded by @bethennyfrankel.
Why? Because their organization focuses on disaster relief, and right now they're sourcing PPE for essential healthcare workers and police officers.
Our goal was $2,000.
We weren't sure we could do it, but holy moly! Our community blew us away.
16 days after our announcement, we passed our mark and raised $2,100 for #bstrong Foundation!
Their website lead us to make a donation to Global Empowerment Mission Inc. on their behalf.
Thank you so much to all of you for ordering masks, donating and helping us with supplies! 💓💓💓💓💓
We were so excited to send the funds last month.
THANK YOU!
Sending hugs and love,
Rita
