Our payment processor goes through the payment authorization with your company. If we cannot receive an authorization from them, your card can be declined by our system. You can call your credit card company for further investigation.

Our onesies, hats and pants are made by Colored Organics. Made of 100% organic cotton Interlock fabric with nickel-free snaps using water-based dyes ensuring long-lasting color vibrancy and durability. Their fabric is sustainably sourced and ethically produced. Naturally hypoallergenic and GOTS Certified.

We currently offer a bi-monthly scrunchies subscription at 3-months or 6-months subscriptions. Every two months you receive three scrunchies curated by our resident kid CEO with fabric designed by indie, women-of-color surface designers. Scrunchies are made with heavyweight Celosia Velvet™ that has an elegant shimmer, printed-on-demand with rich and long-lasting color. With a plush feel and durable construction that softens in the wash. 

Subscribers save over 30% on each of your scrunchies! Our bi-monthly scrunchies subscription includes our newest scrunchies that aren't released yet, so you and your little girl will be the first to have these designs! Subscriptions have FREE Shipping via USPS First Class package (USA only). And when you join the subscription, you're helping children in need because we make a donation to a local charity that helps families in need.

Scrunchies fabric are curated by our resident kid-CEO. She decided she wanted to make a scrunchies subscription and donate the money to help families in poverty. But she also wanted to support small businesses owned by women so we buy fabric designed by women, in particular women of color. You'll receive scrunchies every two months (bi-monthly). Scrunchies subscriptions ship the first week of each bi-month.

Since we hand make all products in the shop, it could be 1-6 weeks depending on the product you order. Any items that require more than one week to process will be noted on the individual product page.

Diaper bags are MADE TO ORDER & ship 3-5 weeks from the time payment is received with the exception of custom orders which take 4-6 weeks depending on the customer's requirements.

Changing pads - Are MADE TO ORDER (unless otherwise noted in listing) & ship 2-3 weeks from the time payment is received with exception to custom orders.

Due to the nature of our products, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.

We want to ensure each of our products are brand new and in unused condition when they arrive for use with the families and babies we make them for. Thank you for your understanding as we take this safety precaution.
